Mr. Rishab Baid has joined Tranquil Developers as Chief Financial Officer, bringing close to a decade of experience in financial analysis, audit, risk advisory, and forensic accounting. A Chartered Accountant who has cleared CFA Level III, and a certified Research Analyst and Investment Adviser with NISM-SEBI, he built his career at two of the world's leading advisory firms, KPMG and EY.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Rishab oversees Finance, HR, Legal, and Strategic Planning at Tranquil Developers, with a focus on financial discipline, regulatory compliance, and sound governance across the organisation.

Before joining Tranquil Developers, Mr. Rishab served as Assistant Manager in Assurance at EY, where he deepened his expertise in Financial forecasting and modelling, high-value infrastructure disputes and developing cash flow models to support compensation outcomes, and contributing to expert reports alongside senior partners. His tenure with KPMG Risk Advisory saw him advise on assessing claims and financial losses, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. His portfolio there also spanned anti-bribery and anti-corruption reviews under PMLA and FCPA, due diligence on key management personnel, and forensic investigations for prominent organisations across retail, financial services, and manufacturing.

Mr. Rishab has supervised teams, mentored junior staff, and worked with senior management and cross-functional teams across global engagements. At Tranquil, he will work with the leadership and the Board to forecast revenue, develop financial models, and shape the company's strategic direction.

With him leading Finance, Tranquil Developers gains sharper financial oversight and a stronger foundation for its next phase of growth.
